Our Founder
CS3 Solutions LLC was founded in 2001 by Carl Stacy. After eight years of managing retail operations and founding and incubating Internet start-ups, he discovered many traditional executions of web operations by small business were inefficient and costly. Carl started CS3 Solutions LLC to provide a complete, hassle-free, web services solution to small businesses and non-profits at a fraction of the traditional cost. Carl graduated from the University of Virginia.
